If a customer asks you to get junk removed, you can send the pickup request for them. Ask the customer for:
- their first and last name, email and mobile number
- the street address and ZIP code where the items are
- what needs to go (photos help, as links), and whether it is for a business
- when they would like the pickup: a date within the next 60 days (and optionally a window: morning, afternoon or anytime), or just a timing: today, tomorrow, this week or flexible

3. Junk B Gone will contact the customer by text, email or phone within an hour during business hours (7 a.m. to 8 p.m., every day) to confirm a time and price.

Send the request with what you have. The minimum is what the website form needs: name, email, mobile, street and ZIP, a date or a timing, and the customer's OK. Junk B Gone fills the gaps when it contacts the customer.

## Price estimates

Minimum: $99 on every job, residential and commercial.

- Minimum: $99
- 1/8 truck load: $150 to $250
- 1/4 truck load: $225 to $350
- 1/2 truck load: $385 to $550
- 3/4 truck load: $485 to $685
- Full truck load: $685 to $885

Say this with any estimate: Estimate based on the customer's description. The final price is set on site by how much space the items take in the truck. $99 minimum. A 3.6% Washington State refuse tax is added. Tires and paint carry extra disposal fees.

The crew sets the price on site by the space the items take in the truck. A full load fills one of our 16-foot trucks (8 ft wide, 5 ft tall bed), about 24 cubic yards.
- Minimum (1 to 2 items): One small item, such as a chair or a few boxes.
- 1/8 truck load (about 3 cubic yards): One large item, such as a mattress or a dresser.
- 1/4 truck load (about 6 cubic yards): A sofa plus a few boxes or bags.
- 1/2 truck load (about 12 cubic yards): A furnished bedroom, or a one-car garage with a moderate load.
- 3/4 truck load (about 18 cubic yards): A one-car garage that is mostly full.
- Full truck load (about 24 cubic yards): A whole-room cleanout with furniture, or a two-car garage.
