A Seattle team member calls you, usually within the hour during business hours. If you booked in the evening, you are our first call in the morning.

The crew texts you that morning
Henok and Amanuel send a message when they are on their way, with their photos, so nobody unfamiliar turns up at the door.

The day itself
Two extra sets of hands do the lifting and the organizing. You make the calls, we compact what you are keeping into labeled bins, build the shelving, and take away what you are thinning out. The floor gets swept before we leave.

Do not tidy up first
Sorting is the job you are paying us for. Leave the space as it is.
Plan to be there
You make every keep-or-go call. You will not be lifting anything, but the day does not work without you in the room.
Think about where to start
Have a rough idea of the corner or the wall that matters most. We start there and work outward, so the time goes where you want it.
We bring the bins and shelving
Bins and shelving are on the truck and yours to buy, itemized and only for what you keep. We build the shelving, so there is nothing for you to carry in.
How the $300 works
The $300 pays for your first two hours ahead of time. It comes off your bill on the day, not on top of it. If you cancel in the 24 hours before your day, we keep it, since we can no longer fill that crew's time.
