What Happens When We Arrive
Before anyone lifts a thing, the crew lead looks over the job, and you don't need to be there for it. They check what's going, the way out to the truck, and anything that needs its own plan: an upright piano, a hot tub, or a play structure that has to come apart first.
In the apartment buildings downtown and in Overlake, the walk-through covers the elevator booking, the loading zone and any move-out hours the leasing office sets. On the bigger wooded lots east of town, it's about how close the truck can get and how far we carry.
The price is settled before work starts, and the same crew does the job right then. Pay at the end by cash, check, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or on invoice for approved accounts.

Redmond's Go-To Junk Removal Crew
Redmond packs a lot into one city: the Microsoft campus and new apartment blocks in Overlake, a downtown that keeps adding buildings near the light rail, family streets on Education Hill and in Grass Lawn, and big wooded lots out past Marymoor Park. Our trucks work all of it, every day.
Lately that has meant apartment move-outs downtown and in Overlake, and house calls on Education Hill and in Grass Lawn and Idylwood. Out on the 98053 side, it is often a fallen-down playset, a lumber pile or an old shed back in the trees.
When your building wants the elevator booked, we book it. We carry everything out ourselves and sweep the floor before we go.

How much does junk removal cost in Redmond?
The minimum in Redmond is $99. Past that, the price depends on how much of the truck your things fill. Yes. Get the elevator reservation, the loading zone and the move-out hours from your leasing office and send them with your booking. We schedule the crew inside that window and carry everything down from your unit.
Can you take an old piano?

I'm on a big wooded lot east of town. Can you get to the back of the property?
Usually, yes. We park as close as the driveway allows and carry the rest by hand, whether it's a lumber pile, a collapsed playset or a shed in the trees. Send a photo when you book, and we'll sort out any tricky access at the free estimate.
Do you take down play structures and sheds?
