Junk B Gone did a great job for us, removing some junk a former tenant had left behind. They called me when they arrived to confirm the info I had given their office on what needed to be removed. They will give you an estimate for free and their fees are fair - simply based on how much space your stuff takes in their truck. I found them on Yelp with many positive reviews, and the reviews were accurate. I highly recommend them.

I had lumber removed from a deck reconstruction. I felt it was a fair price. They arrived within 20 minutes of my call, bargained a bit on the price and hauled it away. The load was fairly heavy because of the rain. I feel satisfied with their work and recommendation them.

Ann coordinated everything for us. She was an absolute peach to work with!! Miguel and Luis came to our home to remove old bed and frame and a few boxes of junk. This was in Ballard and parking is scarce. The driveway is very small and they were unable to get truck to the house. This was not an issue for them!! They were amazing at getting all the junk out (second floor) and loaded that stuff on to a hand truck. They were personable, professional and quite the troopers!!! Everything was smooth and easy for us and very VERY reasonably priced. I highly recommend using this company!! They were absolutely fantastic and I'll definitely be using them in the future!!

We had a sizable amount of yard waste from pruning bushes and trimming some trees. I called Junk B Gone on a Thursday and they were able to quickly send a team to my house on Monday. I got a call from the driver at 12:45 saying they could come at 1 if I liked. That worked great for me. They came, gave me an estimate (better than I had gotten from another nationally known company). And took everything right then. The guys were great. Very nice, curtious, and professional. I would highly recommend them. The whole thing probably took 30 minutes max.

They arrived with a very large truck ready to load a garage full everything from broken wheelbarrows to sofas to water damaged cabinets. The experience could not have been better! Henok, Eshetu and Abera came by today to help clean out a garage and some outside decor and some large old power tools and they were fantastic. All three were extremely courteous and unbelievably professional. They loaded a full truck load in under an hour and were upfront the entire time about cost. Great service and people.

Junk-B-Gone had to make 3 trips, but they were professional and very easy to work with. I especially liked the fact that they would work to donate the health care supplies instead of tossing them. Junk B Gone was amazing; I used them for an apartment downsize for a cross country move - mostly furniture but also some electronics. Protip, if you have old batteries then have them haul them away - no need to take them somewhere for disposal! They stopped by a week before to provide an estimate (you need to request this). Their rates were about HALF of that blue-truck-800-company, the movers were professional and packed everything like Tetris blocks (important as the charge depends on how full the truck is) and all customer service issues were addressed handily. They’re A+ all around.

Ammanuel and Eshtue were wonderful. I had a huge pile of laurel cuttings and they worked so hard to get it all in their truck. They cleaned up as well. A good first experience with Junk B Gone. Such nice guys!
