This policy explains what information Pacific Waste Management LLC dba Junk B Gone ("we") collects on mrjunkbgoneseattle.com and how we use it. Our Services Agreement for jobs is at /terms/.

What you send us

When you request a quote, book a job or pay a deposit, we collect your name, email, mobile number, pickup address, the description and photos of what needs to go, and your preferred pickup time. We use them to reply, give you a price, schedule and do the job, send job updates and receipts, and keep our business records.

That information goes into the tools we run the business with: our customer management system (GoHighLevel), our scheduling system (Jobber), our accounting system, and our internal team messaging so a scheduler sees your request right away. Card payments go through Square; we never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Texts and calls

If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your quote and job, and after the job we may text you a link to leave a review. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from us.

Cookies and tracking on the website

We use these tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics count visits and show which pages people read.
• Microsoft Clarity shows how pages are used, including recordings of clicks and scrolling.
• The Meta (Facebook) pixel measures visits and quote requests that come from our Facebook and Instagram ads, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited the site.
• GoHighLevel call tracking may show you a different phone number for our office, so we can tell which ad or search brought in your call. Every number rings our office.
• Cloudflare runs the site, blocks spam with a "verify you are human" check on our forms, and counts page loads.

These tools set cookies or store identifiers in your browser. The companies that run them receive information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, your approximate location and how you reached our site. We also keep the page you landed on and any ad click codes in your browser for the visit, so a quote request shows which ad or search it came from.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.

How long we keep it

We keep job and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal record-keeping rules. Our website keeps its own copy of each quote request, with any photos you upload, for 24 months and then deletes it.

Children

The site is for adults arranging junk removal. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
