What Happens When We Arrive
The crew lead starts with a walk-around of everything on your list. Stay for it if you like, or leave the garage door up and okay the price over the phone. We also plan the route out, whether that means a sloped driveway, a path around the side of the house under the firs, or the stairs up from a daylight basement. Heavy or awkward pieces like a piano or a backyard playset get worked out before anyone lifts.
You get the price before the crew touches anything, and work begins when you agree to it. Pay when we finish with cash, check, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or on invoice for approved accounts.

Sammamish's Go-To Junk Removal Crew
Sammamish spreads across the plateau east of Lake Sammamish, a city of tall firs, winding roads and planned neighborhoods. We haul from houses along East Lake Sammamish Parkway, around the Pine Lake area, in Klahanie and up through the north end.
A lot of what we see here comes out of garages: stacks of empty boxes after a move, tools and bins, extra fridges and old paint. Backyards add aging playsets, broken patio furniture and the scraps from a fence or deck project. When a family downsizes or moves away, we clear the whole house.

Sammamish Junk Removal FAQ
What does junk removal cost in Sammamish?
The minimum in Sammamish is $99. Beyond that, the price follows how much truck space your items fill. We stop by, look at everything and give you a free estimate with a set price that covers labor, loading, the drive and disposal, with no fuel surcharge. Paint is $10 per gallon and tires carry a small extra charge, and you hear about both up front.
Our HOA has rules about trucks. Is that a problem?
No. Many Sammamish neighborhoods have an HOA, and we work inside their rules all the time. Tell us about any limits on hours, parking or where a truck can stand, and we'll plan around them. If the HOA or a property manager wants a certificate of insurance, we can send one before the job.
Can you take down and haul away an old playset or swing set?
Yes. Wooden play structures are one of the most common things we pick up here. The crew takes it apart in the yard, carries the pieces out and loads everything, including the slide and the hardware.
Our driveway is long and steep. Can the truck get to the house?
Usually, yes. Our crews handle sloped drives and narrow lanes through the trees all week. If the truck can't safely reach the house, we park where it can and carry everything out to it. Mention a tight turnaround or a shared drive when you book.
We just moved in and the garage is full of boxes. Do you take cardboard?
Yes, flattened or not. Moving boxes, packing paper and foam go in the same load as anything else you are done with, and the cardboard is recycled.
