In July, Martin Bell left us a 5-star Google review for a junk pickup in Seattle. He also posted photos: our truck parked outside, the two crew members who did the job, and a selfie he took with both of them.

We don't often get a review with a selfie in it, so we wanted to share this one. Here's what he wrote, exactly as he typed it.

He heard back fast. The first thing he mentions is communication. He got through, told us what he wanted hauled, and got an answer.

The price came when the crew arrived. We told him the estimate would be made on site, and that's what happened. He called the number "more than fair." We price on site because seeing the load beats guessing from a description. Once the crew sees what's going, you get the price before anyone lifts a thing. He liked the crew enough to tip them. He said why, too: "superior service and attitude." The crew showed up, did the work and treated him well, which is the part we care about most.

If you've got something to get rid of, this is how it goes with us.

Call or text. Reach us at (206) 722-4285 and tell us what you want gone. A rough list is enough.

Free estimate on site. The crew looks at what you have and gives you the price before they start. Estimates are free, so you can say no.

The crew does the lifting. You point, they carry and load. That goes for one couch or a whole-house cleanout.

Monday through Saturday. That's when jobs run. Our minimum is $99.

Where it goes. About 80% of what our crews haul is donated or recycled. Usable items go to charities like Second Spark (and Goodwill). Our donation pickup page has more on that.
